Waterleaf offers the largest selection of dissolvable wrapping paper, which quite literally means that it fully dissolves in water. This is a big part of our eco-friendly initiative, offering paper that gives back to the earth from which it came.

"Biodegradable” is a term that refers to any product or material that completely breaks down by the organisms in our ecosystem, to be completely waste-free. All of our wrapping paper, along with our tissue paper and tape, are biodegradable.

Cellulose is a material that we use for many of our paper products. It’s made from plant cells and fibers, and is fully dissolvable and biodegradable.

All of the products sold at Waterleaf are 100% free of plastics, which is a critical aspect of our environmental initiative.

A lot of companies produce environmentally friendly/biodegradable products, yet their manufacturing methods, like printing, transporting of goods, etc., are anything but friendly to the planet. At Waterleaf, we walk the walk, as every aspect of manufacturing is completely in agreement with eco-friendly methods. Our printing process is odorless and therefore requires no ventilation, and zero hazardous particles are omitted into the air and surrounding environment. We also work as locally as possible to minimize our carbon footprint.
